These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thespian Heights Academy website, its subdomains, and any associated content, including but not limited to courses, workshops, events, and online resources (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Thespian Heights Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Thespian Heights Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4. Course Enrollment and Fees
Enrollment in courses and workshops at Thespian Heights Academy is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Course fees are listed on the Courses page and are subject to change. Thespian Heights Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Thespian Heights Academy, enrollees will receive a full refund. Refunds for student withdrawals are subject to our Refund Policy, as detailed below.
5. Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is as follows:
- Full refunds will be issued if Thespian Heights Academy cancels a course.
- Students who withdraw from a course more than 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
- Students who withdraw between 14 and 30 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals less than 14 days before the start date or after the course has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Thespian Heights Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content without the prior written consent of Thespian Heights Academy.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Services in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and ethical. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or other malicious code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thespian Heights Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; or (f) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
